Reaction-sintered silicon carbide SIC Radiant Tubes, Burners

Silicon carbide radiation tubes are widely used in gas and oil fired industrial kilns such as tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, and roller kilns, as well as industrial coke ovens used at steel and metallurgy industry.

1. The flame inner tube is made of silicon carbide material SiSiC, which can withstand high thermal stress.

2. Multiple inner tubes can be combined to required length according to drawings requirements;


3. The SiSiC radiant tube allows the metal radiation tube forms in U, W type.

4. Compared to the metal inner tube, the SiSiC radiant inner tube is lightweight and can reduce the load on the metal radiation tube.

5. Compared with metal radiant inner tubes, SiSiC radiant inner tubes have higher thermal conductivity.
