Introduction	Centrifugal Casting steel spools (winding spools): Spools, also known as winding spools or occasionally rolling mill sleeves, are thick-walled tubes used for winding thin aluminium strips, aluminum foil or stainless steel thin sheet metal for transportation in the manufacturing process and storage.
Making Process	- Centrifugal casting tube, - heat treatment for specified hardness, - Machining inside & outside surface
Material	35CrMo, 35NiCrMo, KCP-12 etc
Size	Normally supplied OD566, OD665 and OD670, different thickness and lengths. - Φ566*1500(1550), Φ665*1700(1850 2200 2350), Φ670*2500(2880), - and other size etc according to drawings.
Inspection	Chemical Composition, Visual inspection, dimension inspection.
