Material	Heat Resistant Alloy Cast Steel: HK, HN, HU, HP, Inconel alloy etc,
Shape:	Mostly Radiant Tubes are Supplied in W and U type, And different sizes furnace roller OD from 100-1500 depends on designed drawings; Also arms, bushing etc which made of high alloy cast steel.
Making Process	- centrifugal casting straight tube, or rolled tube or welding plate to tube shape; - and/or statics casting elbows; - welding tube with elbow, end cover, flange, etc - Welding roll shell with shaft or end cover;
Inspection	- Chemical composition analysis; - Visual inspection, - Liquid penetrant test/PT; - Coating or uncoating according to drawings, - Welding seam X-ray test if needed, - Gas-tight test or Balance Inspection, - Dimension inspection.
