Product Description

Reformer Tube	Reformer tubes are heat-resistant cast alloy steel made tubes, mainly used in steam reformer furnaces for hydrogen production, where are petroleum refining plants, ammonia synthesis for fertilizer production, methanol production, and direct reduced iron production. Steam Catalyst Reformer Tube, where natural gas combines with steam and nickel-base catalyst to unleash hydrogen gas (H2).
Raw Material	High Temperature Nickle, Chromium and Ferroalloy Steel Mainly: HK, HP-Nb, or Equivalent Grade and Varies Grade. - HK/ 1.4848/ GX40CrNiSi25-20, - HP-Nb/ 1.4852/ GX40NiCrSiNb35-26
Making Process	Centrifugal Casting Furnace Tube; Static casting reducer, Forged Flange; Rolled Pig tail tube; Welded tube with flanges etc as per drawing
