| Introduction |
Cast steel spools / centrifugal casting steel sleeves:
Spools, also known as winding spools or occasionally rolling mill sleeves, are thick-walled tubes used for winding thin aluminium strips, aluminum foil or stainless steel thin sheet metal for transportation in the manufacturing process and storage.
Product advantages
(1) Adopting the centrifugal casting process to achieve a high density of materials.
(2) Use the special tool to process the end face, taper, and the outer circle according to the inner hole to ensure the beating of the taper, the concentricity, and cylindricity of the steel spool.
(3)Selected materials: ZG35CrMo, KCP-12, and other high-temperature resistant material,non-deformable alloy steel. |
