Sink Roll	At steel factory's contunious galvanizing line, the steel sheet has to be hot-dipped into ZINC pot, the sink roll, stablizer roll, arms and bushing are used at this position of production line.
Material	Heat resistant alloy steel. Mostly are stainless steel 316 or 316L, CF8M and some other material which specified by customer.
Making and Inspection	- Centrifugal casting roll shell + statics casting cone +/ forged shaft. - Welding & Machining to drawing size. - Chemical composition + Penetrant Test + Dimension inspection
